Hi everyone!
It’s Christmas Day, and I’d like to take this opportunity to send my very best wishes to all of the subscribers to COMPENDIA!
It’s hard to believe this publication is now over two years old (believe me, I had to check), and it’s still continuing to evolve. Next year, for example, I’m thinking of starting a brand new, very exciting (and also slightly terrifying, for me at least) experiment right here in these pages. I just have to spend a couple of weeks deciding whether I’m brave enough. Watch this space…
But that’s for 2023. For now, as 2022 draws to a close, I just hope you’re all well. And, particularly for those of you thinking that 2023 will be the year you finally start that writing project, and in the spirit of the 12 days of Christmas, I’ve decided to share some of the highlights of my Writers’ Lodge newsletter. For the full experience, and to get all my Miscellany posts, do consider upgrading to a paid subscription. It’s easy to cancel any time, and I’m currently offering 20% off all subscriptions, so that’s just over 80p per week! Bargain!
The Twelve Days of Christmas: Day One
On ideas: “You’re going to be spending a long time in the world you’re about to create, so it’d better be somewhere you want to be.”
